Sandvik Jaw crushers and Roll crushers
Jaw crushers
All Sandvik jaw crushers are of the single-toggle type with a deep, symmetrical crushing chamber and easy setting adjustment. Each model has a large feed opening for its size and an ideal nip angle, giving smooth material flow, high reduction efficiency and high capacity. Their simple design conceals many advanced features that give easy operation, simple maintenance, long life and a low cost per ton.
Every Sandvik jaw crusher is a product of know-how and experience optimized by Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Each model is tested virtually for stress, strain, shock, deformation, thermal loading, vibration and noise under a wide range of load conditions. The result is exceptional reliability.
Roll crushers
Sandvik has 3 series of roll crushers:CR400 roll crushers,CR600 sizers,CR800 hybrids.
Sandvik CR400 series consists of single roll crushers, double roll crushers, three roll crushers, four roll crushers, smooth roll crushers and the sinter crushers. These crushers are commonly used in open pit mining, in the iron and steel industry, in power plants, coal power stations, in coking plants, in ceramics, as well as in the chemical industry for the crushing of soft to medium-hard bulk materials.
Sandvik sizers are used in open pit mining (ROM) for primary, as well as for secondary and tertiary crushing. The feed material is crushed either by counter-rotating rolls (CR610 center sizer) or between the rolls and the crushing plates by outwards rotating rolls (CR620 side sizer). The inclined lateral parts with integrated crushing combs allow a product feed of big lumps. Size reduction is attained by shearing stress and pressure, which are generated by high torques at the crushing roll.
The Sandvik hybrids are a great choice for primary and secondary crushing of soft and medium-hard materials. In addition they can also handle materials that have tendency to be wet and sticky. The Hybrid can be used in IPCC installations.
