In operation, electrical motor of impact crusher drives the rotors to rotate at high speed. And as the hammers were installed on the rotors, so when the raw material was fed into the impact crusher, the rocks or ores will be crushed by the hammers under the impact function of hammers which rotate at high speed. And then the broken rocks were rebounded to the liner plates for secondary crushing. This processing will continue until the required product size is discharged from the discharge outlet of the impact crusher.
